Every engagement at Magnolia Path follows a disciplined process adapted from chain-retail operations but scaled for independent owners. Whether you commission a full Expansion Plan or a focused Site Selection Assessment, these phases guide our work.
Discovery
We meet at your existing location or our New Taipei office. You walk us through your business model, current performance, team structure, and expansion ambitions. We ask direct questions about cash reserves, management depth, and timeline pressure.
Diagnosis
We review your financial summaries, staffing charts, SOPs, and any site options you are considering. For readiness engagements, this produces a go, wait, or no-go recommendation. For site work, we narrow the search geography.
Field Research
Our advisors visit candidate districts at multiple times of day. We observe foot traffic, map competitors, photograph storefront conditions, and speak with building management where access is granted.
Modelling & Draft
We build financial projections with conservative and moderate assumptions. You receive a draft report and we hold a working session to challenge numbers together. This is where most clients adjust rent expectations or staffing plans.
Delivery & Follow-Through
Final written deliverable presented to your leadership team. For rollout engagements, we continue with weekly coordination through opening week and a day-30 performance check-in.
