Our registered business

Magnolia Path Business Advisors Co., Ltd. is the official registered name of our practice. We were established in 2014 in New Taipei City and have spent the past decade helping Taiwan-based business owners plan and execute multi-location growth.

How we started

Founder Tsai Ming-Hua spent fifteen years managing retail operations for a regional bakery chain before opening Magnolia Path. After overseeing the opening of eleven branches across northern Taiwan — and watching two fail because of rushed site selection — he built a practice focused on the discipline that chain operators use but independent owners often lack: structured readiness checks, conservative financial modelling, and honest go/no-go conversations before money is committed.

What we believe

Expansion should be deliberate, not reactive. A competitor opening nearby or a broker calling with a “great deal” is not a strategy. We help owners answer three questions: Are you ready? Is this the right market? Can you afford the timeline?

We do not sell dreams. We sell clear plans with named risks.

Working with us

Most engagements begin with a discovery call at our New Taipei office or at your existing location. We prefer to see how you operate before recommending expansion. Our clients range from single-location cafés preparing for a second shop to dental groups planning a fourth clinic in central Taiwan.

We work in Mandarin and English and serve businesses across Taiwan’s major cities and county seats.
